A quick and delicious cinnamon roll recipe using shop bought puff pastry.
Preheat your oven to 180ºc (fan), and line a baking dish with greaseproof paper
Mix together the butter, sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl until well combined
Unroll your sheet of pastry and place on a flat surface
Spread your butter, sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over your pastry
This is the part where you decide whether you want really fat rolls or smaller ones, I prefer small ones so roll widest side up. If you like really fat rolls, you can roll up length ways
Cut your rolls with a really sharp knife and then place into your tray
Glaze thoroughly with your egg or milk, then place the whole lot into the oven to bake for around 30 minutes or until the rolls are a nice golden brown colour.
Allow them to cool for 10 minutes in the tray before devouring with a cup of coffee.
