A great Indian spiced fudge, perfect for any celebration
Top with sprinkles of your choice and allow to set in the fridge for around an hour before cutting into portions.
As in the photos, you can make these in all kinds of ways. The most traditional being a layer of barfi topped with a layer of fudge. This time round, I also experimented with dipping chunks of the barfi into melted chocolate and allowing to set for an extra special treat!
